Returns and Refunds Policy

Our returns and refunds policy explains the conditions for returning eligible products within ten days of purchase. Please review the requirements below before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

• The result of the examination or treatment cannot be guaranteed as the client’s motivation is an essential factor in achieving success. Therefore, the treatment fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Natural product return policy: To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
• We only accept product returns within 10 days of purchase.
• To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
